While we aim to complete as quickly as reasonably possible, certain circumstances may affect the completion date or, in rare cases, our ability to proceed with the purchase. Our initial offer is provisional and will only be confirmed once the survey has been received and all searches and contracts are approved by our legal team.
Until legal exchange of contracts, we reserve the right to withdraw or renegotiate the purchase price if the property is not as described or if any issues arise that affect its value. If we withdraw, we will cover all aborted legal costs, disbursements, and survey fees incurred.
We strongly recommend that no commitments or completion dates are agreed until contracts have been legally exchanged.
